And your a minor does that mean that you are emanciated,because from what I have read it does and if you live in Florida how early can you get married if your a minor and you get parental permission?If your parents give you permisson to get married?

This states that under 16, a license has to be issued by a county judge.


But it also states that you can marry with parents permission if you under 18 but older than 16 (??). Im guessing that its worded incorrectly.

Don't know what '; emanciated'; means, but in Florida you can marry with parental permission at age 16.
