To get a visitor visa you have to prove strong ties to your home country, that would make the officials believe you would be coming back. If you would happen to get approved for the visitor visa and then get married while in the US you can be charged with fraud because they will see it as you got the visitor visa with every intention of staying.

Your other option would be to file for a permanent visa either by getting married or by going the fiancee route..which take about the same amount of time. You may have a problem proving your relationship though because you have never met. Your bf would file an I-129f for you if you were going the fiancee route or an I-130 if you got married.

You might be better off if he came to visit you in the Philippines and get married then..might be easier to prove a legitimate relationship that way.

Good luck to you! What is the easiest way to process fiancee visa or to get married?
You can try to obtain a visitors visa on your own. There is nothing he can do to help you in this regard. You will have to meet the requirements all on your own.

For a fiance visa, you will have to be able to prove you have met in person. You will also have to prove your relationship with things like emails, chat records, letters, plane ticket stubs, photo's together etc.
