I want to be the owner of a minority company but I need my husband to co-sign the loan. Will my company still be qualified as minority?Can a business be minority if woman is married to co-signer on loan?
Yes it will. The business structure must be set up as owned by a minority. It really doesn't matter where the funding comes from or who cosigns the loan.
