Well, that's a delusional idea. Even if the woman is married, the husband will not always be held responsible for child support. If the man suspects the child is not his, he can get a paternity test, and when the child comes back as not his, the wife will have some explaining to do. When the husband leaves his cheating wife, he won't be held responsible for the child support, and she'll be free to come after you in the courts for support.
