On lets say $100,000.00 so I can see the difference. All with just 1 exemption.What is the difference in the amount taken out for fed. tax withholding b/t single, Married, M/ Higher Rate?
You can do this yourself, but you need to pick a pay period. Eg, weekly, biweekly, monthly??? (See IRS publication 15.)
Single withholds more than Married; Married with single rate = single.
