in some countries this was kind of a law. WHy do you think this law was madE?
Why are married women who already have children allowed to be surrogateS?
1. It proves you can physically/emotionally/mentally handle childbirth.
2. There's a better chance you will be able to actually give the child up at birth, considering a lot of women without birthing experience don't understand the bond it creates.
3. If you are married you will have a spouse to care for you during the pregnancy.
Hope that helps. Why are married women who already have children allowed to be surrogateS?
I dont fully understand your questions. But in some places, like some states in Australia, surrogacy is not actually legal at all.
But also, I remember hearing that it is better for a woman who has already had her children to be a surrogate, because for women who have not already had children, there are risks during the surrogacy which may later mean that the surrogate may not be able to have her own children. SO for that reason they often go for women who have already had children.
These women already have their own children so there's less likelihood they will want to keep the baby. Also, married women are usually more grounded and therefore more responsible as far as taking care of their bodies and the baby.
And I think married mothers who do it, want to help other women experience the joy of motherhood.
experience counts!
Probably it has to do with money.
