What is the cheapest time of year to get married at a Sandal's resort?

I was thinking of March/April but then a friend told me that they are very busy during that time and also they charge more...

any suggestions?

Depending on the location, March and April can be busy months (and therefore more expensive) because of Spring Break. However, for some locations this may be one of the few months you CAN go -- for instance, if you want to get married in the Caribbean, you probably want to avoid hurricane season, which pretty much means June through November. Also, keep in mind that Christmas and New Year's are the busiest times for the Caribbean (since those who live in colder climates want to escape to warmer places during the winter season). If you are flexible on your wedding date and are willing to do some last-minute planning, many resorts (including Sandals I think) will offer a ';last minute deal'; for booking only 2-4 months before your wedding. What is the cheapest time of year to get married at a Sandal's resort?
Their slow-time is usually during the summer, so you could probably get a better deal then. Antigua is amazing! I went there on a missions trip (a LONG way away from a comfy hotel, lol), and the island is just absolutely gorgeous! And the people are really friendly! Antigua's also one of the lesser-known islands, so it's probably less crowded.

Congratulations, and good luck!
You could talk to a travel agent regarding the most economical time of year for the destination you prefer, but also keep in mind that there could be reasons why the rates are low. For example, sometimes you can get a break on trips to places like Sandals in the fall, but it's also hurricane season, so you could run the risk of having to cancel your plans. A travel agent could provide this information to you.

Hope this helps!
jamaica is great, and antigua, we are trying the royal bahamian this summer. Sandals prices may be a little cheaper in the fall but it is mostly constant throughout the year:)
